In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk365c", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk365c platform, its operators, licensors, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering gaming and betting services at pk365c.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the pk365c platform.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a player on the pk365c platform through which gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" means the pk365c website accessible at pk365c.net, its mobile-optimised version, any associated applications, and all services delivered therethrough.

To access the full range of pk365c services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may register only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or phone number.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Material changes — including changes of address or contact details — must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
• pk365c reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point, including through third-party identity verification services.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be closed without notice and any balance held pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk365c account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• You must notify pk365c immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account by contacting our live chat support team.
• pk365c will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials, failed to secure your device, or failed to report a security concern promptly.
• pk365c recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced protection.

pk365c supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by pk365c, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All deposits are credited to your account in PKR at the time of confirmed receipt. pk365c does not impose platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal verification: Before processing a first withdrawal, pk365c requires completion of KYC verification. You must provide valid proof of identity and, where requested, proof of address. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• pk365c reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days.
• pk365c is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

pk365c offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. The following general terms apply to all pk365c bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), and expiry period are stated in each offer's dedicated terms.

All games available on the pk365c platform are governed by specific game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across the platform:

• All RNG-based casino games on pk365c use certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any external factors.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in real time. pk365c does not interfere with live game outcomes.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. pk365c reserves the right to void bets in the event of data provider errors, event cancellations, or rule violations.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, software error, or game interruption — pk365c's game server logs shall be used to determine the outcome. Bets that cannot be resolved due to a technical error will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk365c platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pk365c games or betting markets in a way that circumvents normal player interaction.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or the platform's cashier system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the pk365c platform.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk365c staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the pk365c platform — including but not limited to the pk365c brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game software, promotional materials, and all underlying code — is the intellectual property of pk365c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any pk365c content without prior written permission from pk365c.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk365c platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the pk365c platform, brand, or any associated intellectual property.

pk365c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the pk365c platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, device and usage data, and communication records.
• Your data is processed for purposes including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalisation of the gaming experience.
• pk365c does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, licensing authorities) on a need-to-know basis and under strict confidentiality obligations.

• pk365c's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pk365c provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pk365c's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either you or pk365c may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our live chat support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Closure by pk365c: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by our licensing authority or applicable law.
• Upon account closure by pk365c for cause, any real-money balance may be held pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full.
• Upon account closure requested by you without any breach of these Terms, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk365c's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk365c platform:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve your concern within 5 business days.
